Tonight... HERE IS YOUR OFFICIAL IDOL PREDICTION... Luke and Jason for the guys... Alexandrea and Kady for the girls... We went 3 for 4 last week... let's see how we do tonight!

When you spend all day slaving away at your job, only to come home to some unappreciative loser who doesn't care that you're working your life away... it's pretty easy to get burnt out. Here are six little things that you can do to feel happier...

1) GO OUTSIDE. You're probably stuck up in some drab, depressing cubicle all day anyway. Get some fresh air by going for a walk or taking a bike ride outside.

2) PLAN SOMETHING FUN. This doesn't mean you have to plan some major vacation or anything. Just look for some local things that you can do... and write them down in your calendar so you'll have something to look forward to.

3) LISTEN TO MUSIC. Take a little time to yourself and listen to some of your favorite tunes.

4) WALK A DOG. If you don't own a dog, offer to walk a neighbor's dog. Or if that doesn't work, sign up to help out at the local animal shelter by walking their dogs.

5) REORGANIZE YOUR HOUSE. Change up the furniture in some of the rooms... or clean out some of the clutter at your place.

6) DO SOMETHING CREATIVE. Painting... drawing... writing... or anything else that'll focus your mind on stuff other than the daily insanity you deal with.
