YEAR IN REVIEW 2007
She was off T-V for the second half of 2007, but that didn't stop America from naming Rosie O'Donnell the year's Most Annoying Celebrity. The former View co-host received nearly double the votes of her nearest rival, Paris Hilton, in a survey conducted by Parade magazine. Paris was an also-ran in several other categories -- her three weeks in jail placed second to Owen Wilson's suicide attempt for the year's Most Shocking Celebrity Story. She also came in second to her on-again, off-again pal Britney Spears for the dubious honor of the year's Most Overexposed Celebrity. And in what has to be considered an upset, Violet Affleck, the spawn of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, was named the Most Adorable Celebrity Baby, edging out Suri Cruise and Shiloh Jolie-Pitt.

ARE YOUR KIDS SPOILED?
This is how these surveys usually go... parents think everyone ELSE'S kids are a problem... but, of course, their precious little angels aren't.

In a new survey by AOL Money & Finance, 94% of American parents say they feel like kids in this country are SPOILED.

BUT... only 55% of parents think their OWN kids are spoiled. (And if you see something there that doesn't quite add up right... so do we.)

In the survey, about one out of five parents say they give their kids a weekly cash allowance that's not tied to any responsibilities, like chores or good grades.

37% say they reward good grades with money. (My parents never did that. They said good grades aren't rewarded, they're expected. And I turned out fine.)

Only 4% of parents say they insist on their kids contributing to charity, and only 11% make their kids put anything into a savings account.
