ON TV...
Here's who will be watching the big ball drop in New York City tonight...

What would New Year's Eve be without Dick Clark? Ryan Seacrest will join America's Oldest Teenager to host the 36th annual edition of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve on A-B-C. Christina Aguilera, Rascal Flatts and the cast of Broadway's Jersey Boys will join them for performances in New York City's Times Square. Through a hook-up to a party in Hollywood, we'll see performances from Akon, Natasha Bedingfield, Sean Kingston, OneRepublic, Plain White T's and Taylor Swift.

FOX rings in 2008 from Times Square with Cat Deeley of So You Think You Can Dance hosting a party that features performances from American Idol stars Jordin Sparks and Blake Lewis, along with Lifehouse.

NBC also crowds into Times Square for New Year's Eve With Carson Daly, a special that features music from Alicia Keys and Lenny Kravitz.

MTV joins the gang of revelers with Tila Tequila's New Year's Eve Masquerade 2008. The all-star party hosted by the TV star has blogger Perez Hilton making predictions for 2008, and music by Mary J. Blige, Kid Rock, Fabolous, Paramore, Good Charlotte, Wyclef Jean, Boys Like Girls, Flo Rida and Cobra Starship.

And CNN reports from the New York City festivities with New Year's Eve Live With Anderson Cooper. The anchor will be joined via satellite throughout the night by D-List comedian Kathy Griffin in Atlanta.
