As we all know, there's NO group of people who are better at giving informed, intelligent, rational political advice than HOLLYWOOD CELEBRITIES.
According to a survey of 2,237 Americans by E-Poll Market Research, 16% of Americans... or about one out of SIX... say that they would vote for someone if that candidate got an endorsement from a celebrity they like.
Almost one out of five of those people say Oprah Winfrey is the celebrity they'd listen to. The rest of the list, in order: George Clooney, Angelina Jolie, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bono and Al Gore.
The survey also asked people whose endorsement would turn them AWAY from a candidate. Rosie O'Donnell came in first place... Madonna, Jane Fonda and Donald Trump were also on the list.
Overall, 10% of Americans said that they'd have a more NEGATIVE perception of a candidate if he or she got a celebrity endorsement... even if they LIKED the celebrity.

We heard from you today... you said 13 or 14... someone else said you're never too old, and someone else said they didn't care, as long as they trick-or-treat at a reasonable hour... So high schoolers, if you want to go door to door, don't be ringing doorbells after 10!
