FLY THE SKINNIER SKIES?
This morning we asked what you thought about the idea of airlines charging airfare based on weight-- similar to how they handle cargo and freight.

The results were pretty one-sided... Most everyone thought the idea was discriminatory, and would cause a lot of problems. However, one caller said anyone over 300 pounds should be charged for more than one seat because it does infringe upon the comfort of other passengers.

TAKE A NIGHT HIKE!
A generation ago, the city of El Alberto, Mexico (north of Mexico City), was a thriving agricultural town. But over the last several years, El Alberto's economy has pretty much collapsed.

So in order to get by, the local people have started giving guided tours called Night Hikes... which simulate the experience of illegally crossing the U.S. border. Seriously.

Every Saturday night, performers dress up as Border Patrol agents, coyotes (which are guides who escort migrants for a fee) and other migrants... and lead tourists over a seven-mile hike to simulate what it's like to illegally sneak into the U.S.

"Border Patrol agents" chase the "migrants" in trucks... and fire guns loaded with blanks to scare them. And if the "migrants" are caught, they're handcuffed and placed under arrest.

And even though this might not sound fun to YOU, some people must like this sort of entertainment... because according to city officials, thousands of tourists have paid to go on Night Hikes since the tour started in 2004.

The Night Hike experience costs $10.
