FEBRUARY 22, 2008

THANK YOU!
I know yesterday was a different kind of day, different kind of show, different kind of blog... but it was for a very important reason. Let me assure you, for us to take a whole day on the radio station and lend it to a cause, it must be one we really believe in.

I'd like to personally thank every person who sponsored a child with World Vision. You have TRULY made a difference in the world, and I cannot say enough about how much gratitude I have in my heart for you.

If you listened all day yesterday, but just didn't get a chance to sponsor a child. Don't wait. You can still do it. Click HERE and change a child's life.

AMERICAN IDOL NOTES
After a long day, at about 8:51 PM, I was feeling pretty good about my American Idol predictions... I was 3 for 3 and Chakezie was on stage as one of the two possibilities for elimination.

But it wasn't to be.

The "American Idol" Final 24 is now the Final 20. The first four finalists got the boot last night. They were...

GARRETT HALEY... the skinny, 17-year-old LEIF GARRETT look-alike. He sang "Breaking Up Is Hard to Do" on Tuesday's show.

18-year-old COLTON BERRY... who sang "Suspicious Minds".

AMY DAVIS... the 25-year-old brunette who sang "Where the Boys Are", with her hair done up like one of the Andrews Sisters.

And 25-year-old JOANNE BORGELLA... who sang "I Say a Little Prayer".

TOY STORY 3? THE REAL STORY?
Some movie blogger claims to have a very general outline of the plot for "Toy Story 3". He says Woody, Buzz and the other toys are shipped off to a daycare center after their owner, Andy, leaves for college.
