HOLD THE CHEESE, OR I'LL SUE!
In October of 2005, Jeromy Jackson of Morgantown, West Virginia, his mother and a friend, went through a McDonald's drive-thru. Jeromy is allergic to cheese, so he asked for no cheese on his two Quarter Pounders. The employees put cheese on them anyway.

When Jeromy bit into the sandwich, he had a severe allergic reaction... and he had to be rushed to the hospital.

Now... he, his mom and his friend are suing McDonald's... for $10 MILLION.

According to the lawsuit, Jeromy, who's in his early 20s, was, quote, "only moments from death" by the time he reached the hospital. His mom and friend are in on the suit because, they say, their lives were in danger while they rushed him to the hospital.

The suit also says that as soon as Jeromy started having his allergic reaction, his mom and his friend immediately called the McDonald's to let them know they had messed up... but they cut off the call to rush him to the hospital.

McDonald's offered to pay all the medical bills... but Jeromy turned them down to sue for two counts of negligence, one count of intentional infliction of emotional distress and one count of punitive damage.

I smell something fishy here... Almost seems like he was gunning for the Golden Arches... We'll see what happens!

FUN FACT OF THE DAY
1 out of 3 women has a hidden candy stash. I'd bet 2 out of 3 guys have a candy stash... they just don't hide it!
