Okay, so I am so happy for Heroes, Neil Patrick Harris (Barney) of HIMYM, Jenna Fischer (Pam) on The Office, and the cast of Boston Legal (one of the most underrated shows on TV).

A little surprised Kristen Bell didn't get nominated for her final season of Veronica Mars... same with Lauren Graham for the final season of Gilmore Girls. Also, Friday Night Lights (which I don't watch) was completely shut out, and I thought Studio 60 would at least get a nomination for Matthew Perry.

HARRY POTTER IS GOING TO COURT
The much-anticipated book is due out this Saturday unless you ordered it from a couple of online companies that have already shipped"The Deathly Hallows."

If you ordered from the online retailer DeepDiscount.com you mighthave received your copy yesterday. The publisher, Scholastic, says a Chicago-area distributor sent them out early, violating an agreement requires sellers to sign.

Scholastic is taking legal action and begging customers who have already received copies to keep them hidden so --in the company's words,"fans can celebrate together" after the book's official release midnightSaturday morning.

Some copies of the book have already turned up on the internet. Someone apparently photographed every page and then posted it online. No one could be really sure of its authenticity, but it certainly lookedthe part and the book's publishers were scrambling to pressure the different sites to take down the offending files.

Author J.K. ROWLING has issued a statement on her website asking fans to --quote-- "help preserve the secrecy of the plot."
