WHERE DO TRAVEL AGENTS RECOMMEND A VACATION FOR YOUR FAMILY?
Orlando's new tourist slogan is "Built for families. Made for memories.”, but is it the top vacation destination for families? Well, no, but it did make the Top 5… See the list below…

1) Jamaica
Many of Jamaica’s resorts offer supervised children's activities, babysitters, family discounts, and kid's meals. Jamaica has an abundance of top all-inclusive chains including: Sandals Beaches, SuperClubs Breezes resorts and Club Med.

2) Honolulu, Hawaii
Going to the beach is free, there are lots of sightseeing opportunities, and the weather is always nice!

3) The Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, CA)
Celebrating its 51st year, Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure are always family favorites… and look for discounts for Southern California residents.

4) Orlando, Florida
Disney World, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios… need we say more?

5) Taking a cruise!
Whether it be the Disney Cruise Lines, Carnival, or Royal Carribean, cruise lines always have something for the kids to eat, sometimes stop at daily destinations, and have kid-friendly activities on board.

COULD INDOOR TANNING BE ILLEGAL FOR TEENS?
A state assemblyman from the Bay Area is attempting to make it illegal for teens under 16 to use a tanning bed. In addition, teens 16-18 would need parental consent when visiting a tanning salon for the first time. The assemblyman, Ted Lieu, points to studies from the World Health Organization and the American Dermatological Association which recommend no person younger than 18 use a tanning bed because doing so increases the risk of skin cancer. Opponents of the bill say that using a tanning bed in moderation is no worse than frequent visits to the beach, or spending a day in the sun without sunscreen. Stay tuned…

WORK OUT YOUR BRAIN!
Want to reduce the chance of getting Alzheimer’s? Work out your brain… read, do basic math (like balancing your checkbook), memorize things, or do crossword puzzles… Also, visit http://www.mybraintrainer.com/ and http://www.happyneuron.com/ for your daily dose of cranial calisthenics!

DID YOU GET HIT WITH DIVORCE PAPERS YESTERDAY???
So you got served with divorce papers yesterday. Well, you weren’t the only one!

According to a survey of divorce lawyers, the first "regular" Monday in January is the day when the MOST people start divorce proceedings. (By "regular", they mean not a holiday. . . since January 1st was a Monday, but a holiday.)

The reason: A disastrous Christmas together was the last straw. . . and now that people are back in their regular work and life routine, they get organized. . . and start the divorce process.

James Stewart, a divorce lawyer in London, says, quote, "Extra time together such as over Christmas can force problems already in the relationship to come to a head. This is our busiest day and our busiest week."

WILL REALITY SHOWS HAVE TO CHANGE THEIR RULES?
Rosie O'Donnell isn't the only one with a bone to pick with Donald Trump. Now a New Hampshire man is suing the mogul for age discrimination because he was given the brush-off when trying to get on The Apprentice. Joseph Hewett, who works as a technology manager, tells the New York Post that he believes he had the right stuff to be a contestant, but was eliminated from consideration because he was 49 years old. Hewitt wants class-action status for the suit he filed in Massachusetts court on Friday, meaning thousands more rejected applicants could join in as plaintiffs.
