AMERICAN IDOL NOTES
JD Roberto from American Idol Extra joined us this morning and said Haley Scarnato (who was eliminated last night) was not surprised to go home. She felt that Simon's comments toward her were especially harsh this season, but she did admit to trying to use her looks to extend her stay on the show. He also said that when the contestants met Jennifer Lopez for their coaching session on Monday, the most nervous person in the room was... Jennifer! She had been nervous for weeks about coming on the show, but by all accounts did a good job. Next week's guest coach is Martina McBride, and JD said he thinks it will be another rough week, and the buzz is that most contestants will do songs from "country crossover" artists like Faith Hill, Leann Rimes, and Shania Twain instead of traditional artists like Alan Jackson and Brooks and Dunn.

And apparently, I was wrong... from another anonymous source... the buzz on the set is that Lakisha isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

I DO ... NOW I DON'T
Are you "stuck" with an engagement ring that just gives you bad memories? Would you rather have the cash? The web site, I Do Now I Don't will auction your bad reminder for you!

SPRING ALLERGIES?
Does spring time bring you sniffles, sneezes and coughs? You're apparently not alone. Bakersfield has been ranked as the worst city in California for spring allergies. The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America puts Bakersfield as #16 on its Top 20 list nationwide. The #1 spot goes to Tulsa, Oklahoma. The only other California city to make the list is Los Angeles, which comes in at #20.

DO YOUR KIDS USE AGENT COOL BLUE?
Johnson & Johnson is recalling its Listerine Agent Cool Blue mouthwash in its “Glacier Mint” and “Bubble Blast” flavors because of a possible health risk. The company said about 4 million bottles of the rinse are being recalled. Consumers can get a refund by calling 1-888-222-0249 and mailing in the back label. You can go to www.agentcoolblue.com for more info.
